At Proserpine Medical Centre offers a range of pre-work as well as during work medicals. We work closely with local & state government agencies/organisations, as well as other companies. We also provide the following medicals:

- Employment medicals (check with your employer if we are approved if you are requested to obtain a medical)
What to expect on the day of your medical
On the day of your medical you can expect the following to occur:
- Height, weight, body mass index (BMI)
- Cardiovascular examination (heart check, blood pressure, pulse)
- Full musculoskeletal examination including comprehensive range of movement
- Central nervous system examination
- Urinalysis
- Respiratory examination
- Vision assessment including colour blindness
- Echocardiography (ECG – maybe required from your employer)
- Audiometry (hearing test – may be a requirement from your employer)
- Spirometry (lung function test – may be a requirement from your employer)
